My one good thing today. . .my mom. Today I was a functioning human being as she gave up her warm bed last night to come over and do night duty on my behalf!! When you have kids you realize the level of amazingness your mom has. . .and when she will drop EVERYTHING in the middle of the night. . .pure amazingness.
